Pleasant hotel, impeccably clean, with fairly friendly staff at reception desk. Well laid out room with classic interior and confortable beds, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Unusual breakfast for every taste, cold drinks.

Unfriendly reception. We arrived at 14:30, however lady at the reception claimed that the room was only available at 15:00. She kep us waiting at the reception for half an hour, totally unnecesary.........

Mariott - how proud that sounds. Only why does a hotel of this level save on wi-fi? Well! that's a real shame, in the Suede Market! the internet in the hotel was impeccable and unlimited! It's slow and it's with a limit! We only had enough for one day! Next. we were offered to pay extra. At reception they gave us a receipt for more traffic. but it was enough for a while, although we were only in the hotel morning and evening. The second inconvenience was that it was only a long way to the center on foot. So if you have a car it is OK, but If you don`t have you need to call taxi

The rooms are silent and come with all the necessary comforts, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The location is unbeatable and excellent for exploring the city.- The staff is pleasant and friendly.- Matcha Cafe Wakaba is conveniently located close to the hotel, offering a variety of tea, coffee, and desserts.

It has cooperative staff at reception desk and very comfortable facilities.

When we visit, we choose to stay at this place because it's a great value, has good standards, and the staff at the reception desk is efficient, plus the lobby bar serves cold drinks.

Carpets smelled old, too expensive parking, far too expensive breakfast (with the basics, like bread and jam, of poor quality), impolite staff at the restaurant check in and in the breakfast room.
